Well, him and the 100 esteemed working professionals that he interviewed while creating the book "The Business of Show".  This book is dedicated to every dancer with a dream of pursuing a career and gives countless tips, advice and things to consider when becoming a pro. Adam Cates is a theatre, opera, & event choreographer and director, as well as educator & freelance writer residing in New York City.
